Yes, I Want to Create my Happiness Compass!Isidore Niyongabo
Born and raised in Burundi, Isidore Niyongabo has been a champion for human rights and an advocate for access to education for Deaf children and hard of hearing children in developing countries. Isidore works as an HR professional. As one of a very few Deaf Americans SHRM Senior Certified Human Resources Professionals, he is currently dedicating his time consulting small and mid-size businesses and organizations in employee and community engagement as the Founder and CEO of Engagin, LLC.
Isidore holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from SDSU and a Master’s Degree Peace and Justice Studies from the University of San Diego with concentration in International Development and Human Rights Advocacy.
Karen Putz
Karen Putz is known as "The Passion Mentor." She is the author of multiple books, including "Unwrapping Your Passion, Creating the Life You Truly Want." Karen runs Deaf Academy, an online personal growth space and she is a certified Mindvalley Life Coach. Karen is an adjunct instructor at RIT and teaches "Finding Your Passion" and "Stress Management." Karen has been featured on espnW, TODAY Show, MORE magazine, O magazine, and Thrive Global.
